All items sold through tsuggu are made to order. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns or Cancellations

Because every item is produced specifically upon receipt of your order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed — regardless of reason.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Sizing or color preference
• Natural variation in color or texture resulting from hand-dyeing, hand-weaving, or other artisanal production processes — each piece is unique by nature, and such variation is not considered a defect

Exception: Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us at info@tsuggu.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and photographs of the issue. We will review each case individually and work to resolve it promptly.

Return shipping for confirmed defective items will be covered by tsuggu.
